‘Mad Dog’ finds God

Former New Zealand jailbird Kevin Mudford is hoping his story of attempted murder, alcoholism and extreme violence will encourage those in Mildura, who are on the wrong side of the tracks, to reform their lives.

Mr Mudford, known better as “Mad Dog” has been travelling Australia and New Zealand for the past 35 years, speaking at Christian churches about his chequered past in an attempt to turn some lives around, as he did.

At just 11 years old he ran away from home, quickly turning to alcohol and crime.
