A $10 MILLION expansion at Buronga Hill Winery is turning the tide for Sunraysia wine production.

After a difficult 2016, which saw wine production job losses in March and storms batter grape growers throughout the region in November, Australian Vintage Limited has made its single biggest investment in the past 10 years, with an 840kW solar park, 72 additional tanks and super premium wine distillery.

Australian Vintage Limited general manager Thomas Jung said the expansion showed confidence remained strong in the local wine industry.
