TWO Victorians have been recognised for making the best hay crops in Australia in the 2016 Feed Central National Hay Quality competition.

One of the national winners, Josh Lanyon of Lanyon Hay Making at Boort, followed up his dual Australian successes from 2015 by growing the vetch crop with the best visual appearance in the country.

Mr Lanyon also won the Victorian title for the vetch feed analysis test.
