MILDURA received more than its total average rainfall for the month in just one night on Tuesday.
The skies opened up, with 24.8mm falling from 2am until 9am, a little over the mean rainfall for the entire month of September which sits at 23.2mm.
This week’s wet conditions brings the month’s total rainfall to more than 54mm, more than double the average and an increase on previous years. Yesterday Mildura received a further 0.8mm throughout the day, and had a maximum temperature of 15.6 degrees at 12.30pm.
