AFGHAN refugee Abdul Natafi, 28, is a welder, an iron-working artisan who learned his trade on the job, making stone-cutting machinery in his home town of Jaghori in Ghazni province.
The young man, a member of Afghanistan’s oppressed Hazara minority, earned enough to keep his wife Zuleykhah and infant son fed and clothed.
But one day, for reasons he does not understand, he came to the local Taliban’s attention.
