MR: So much for no more footy from one T. Prime. Desperately needed for the Imps reserves side and like Freo's Nathan Fyfe, dominates in his return!
TP: I actually saw there was a few people there with notepad and pen in hand taking notes of the clinic I was putting on. I've now been given the footy shorts and socks to wash so I've been roped in for this week too!
MR: Your Mum will be happy know that you can actually do some washing. Just wait until the great showdown comes between our sides in Round 18!
TP: I feel like with no pre-season, no fitness and probably a belly full of beer under my belt, I'll be ready to go!
MR: Sounds like you've settled into the Mildura lifestyle well! Speaking of Mildura, the Demons are flying. The boys are now a game and a half clear into fourth spot on the SFNL ladder, not to mention the A Grade netball side being the first team to knock off Imperials this season!
TP: It's hard to see either Robinvale or Merbein getting into the top four now. Merbein are two and a half wins out and would need to win their remaining games, while the Eagles probably need to do the same.
MR: It's certainly not impossible, but Mildura plays both those sides in the coming weeks and should win on current form. Further up the ladder, the top three sides keep rolling at a steady pace.
TP: The battle for second position continues to heat up with South Mildura now second place on percentage in front of Wentworth.
MR: Their clash next weekend will basically decide who gets the double chance.
TP: Mildura also get to test their wares against Irymple. The Demons are at full strength at the moment and will fancy their chances of knocking of the defending premiers.
MR: Seems unlikely though, it is going to take an outstanding performance to beat the Swallows, who have not lost since round one.
TP: Brad Eaton also slides back into the Irymple outfit with a best on ground performance on the back of his Australian Country Football Championships win for the Big V.
MR: Makes it two from two for Sunraysia boys in the ACFC after James Flack was part of the Under 19s side that won the week prior.
TP: Your Cats seemed to have found their mojo in the last fortnight too. But the end of the season can't come quick enough for the boys in the kennel.
MR: Will be interesting to see how the boys in the blue and white hoops hold up in the final dash to the end. A team that is hitting it's straps is my Supercoach side, scoring 2473, my highest ever score! Ablett you superstar!
TP: I've lost all interest in Supercoach. I haven't checked my team since round two I reckon. At least I have plenty of trades left!
MR: Lucky you have the Olympics to watch then! Although I'm not exactly sure how dressage in Equestrian is counted as a sport...
