Two weeks after an election we still have a caretaker government.

Three independents who represent only three of the total seats in Australia are holding the country to ransom.

The Governor-General, who by my understanding should have done something by now, can’t get involved because her son-in-law is one of the Labor head honchos.

The independents believe they should get to see all the financial ins and outs of each party.

Who do they think they are?

Then of course we have the head of the Greens party doing deals with the Labor Party, who are so desperate for power they would make a deal with the devil himself.

As a writer, I couldn’t have written a better soap opera if I tried.

I say bring on another election, and I am sure that people would vote very clearly this time.

I wonder if everyone is as sick of this charade, or is it just me?
