THE roads are in bad shape with few if any proper rest areas from Mildura to Melbourne.
I agree with Cr Milne there, but does he really have to have such a public negative attitude toward the return of our passenger train which is inevitable, as long as everyone agrees with it both publicly and privately, especially councillors?
The rest of council supports its return and corresponds with the Minister about it but it seems Cr Milne does not have the faith.
So can he just be quiet then and let us with faith in equity and justice for all get on with it please.
