COULD the Victorian Government please explain on what moral grounds it can justify spending millions (even hundreds of millions) of dollars on sporting complexes, (that is, tennis courts) when hospitals (Mildura Base Hospital for one) have to turn patients away because they don’t have the room because they were built too small in the first place (by the government)?
The government seems too lousy to provide much needed funding.
I really think that it is about time the leaders of our state got their priorities right and looked after the people instead of corporate greed.
If the excuse that it is good for the economy is used, they need to think again, because without people there is no economy.
I am sure the majority of your constituents would share my views and would be interested in your response.
