To be announced tonight at a gala dinner at Club da Vinci, the 12 nominated monthly winners offer a wealth of talent in their sporting field, including both team and individual pursuits.

State and national titles, amazing strength and endurance and skills to die for, the 12 finalists are already elite sportspeople in their own right with one to follow in the footsteps of previous winners to be the year’s most outstanding performer from across the region.

A number of category winners will also be announced during the evening with guest speaker being Olympic gold medallist hockey player Claire Mitchell-Taverner.
