WITH entries flooding in for this year’s Sunassist Sunraysia Daily Motor Show, event coordinator Gayle Danson took time last week to check out two of the stunning entries.
With less than two weeks to go until to the show on Sunday, September 19, she was checking out a shining red 1959 Chrysler De Soto and one of only three beautiful 1969 Ford Mercury Coupe Ys believed to be in Australia.
The Ford Mercury Coupe is extremely rare, however, in 1969 when it was manufactured, it had the modern extras expected in cars today, with electric windows, air conditioning and, amazingly, power steering.
The Sunassist Sunraysia Daily Motor Show will be held at the Mildura Senior College Ovals from 10am until 2.30pm
One of the many features will be new vehicles from local dealers, Auto Synergy, Davison Ford, Hutchinson Motors, North Star Motors, Stuart and Harrison and Quick Fix Harley.
Auto Pro will be there with a range of motoring accessories along with Pedders, which will have show bag giveaways and SPS Performance are hoping to have a really unique vehicle that has undergone extensive modification.
