Peter Raymond Masters, 35, was released from prison on June 4 but has been sought by police after breaching parole drug testing conditions and failing to turn himself in early this month.

He was a passenger in a car stopped by police on Sunday morning, and after allegedly giving false details about his identity police arrested him when he returned to his car later that day.

With guns drawn, 12 police officers from Mildura and Red Cliffs forced the Rebels gang member to the ground in a cordoned off Lime Avenue, outside the Fun Jungle at 4pm.
