A MILDURA man who encouraged an overseas associate to film young children having sex and send him the images has been jailed for eight years.

The County Court of Victoria heard 31-year-old Arslan Safdar had encouraged the procurement of children in Thailand for "a very low price" and negotiated cost and age of children to be in the videos.
